Christy is our office manager at Housemax. She is highly passionate about helping people get the best outcome to their situation. She always has a solution to any problem and makes it work! Working at Housemax has given her the opportunity to put that passion into her work and she loves her job! In Christy’s free time she enjoys spoiling her grandchildren beyond measure, vacationing with her family (usually on a motorcycle or cruise ship) & planning family events! Christy is the office mom; she is always supportive, makes us laugh & always makes sure we are behaving.
Herb
Herb is our Purchasing Manager at Housemax! He is also a Realtor, that has almost 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Herb loves to meet new people and build relationships that are beneficial to everyone involved, this means he is perfect for what he does in and out of the office! When he’s not working, Herb enjoys being a dad and spending quality time with his daughter, going to the lake to play on his boat, ATVs and hanging out with friends. He is the office delegator and the talkative one that always has the best dad jokes to keep us laughing with or at him, when he’s not on the phone of course!!
Jenni
Jenni works in dispositions at Housemax! She is probably the most, gentle & caring person. She truly has the deepest sympathy and desire to help those who are struggling in any way possible. Her position at Housemax allows her to use her best qualities to help our customers to feel heard, or just be a listening ear. When she’s not at work, Jenni enjoys traveling with her friends & family, riding her motorcycle, ducking & Jeeping, as well as thrift or garage sale shopping!!! Jenni is the Housemax sassy, goofball that keeps everyone laughing with her witty and silly antics!
Roman
Roman is in acquisitions here at Housemax. He enjoys working at Housemax because if perfectly collaborates with his passion of connecting with and helping to better his community. When he’s not working, Roman enjoys spending time with his family and pets, watching the Chiefs work their way towards the next Super Bowl, watching OU play while yelling “BOOMER SOONER!!”, golfing, or traveling to the mountains. Roman is the quiet, calm and collected one in the office, but he’s fun & determined to do the best he can for our customers!
Diane
Diane works with dispositions and novations here at Housemax. Diane is a natural caretake, she always wants to make sure that people are getting the best outcome possible and, they are happy with their decisions, which means working at Housemax has been perfect for her! During her downtime Diane enjoys vacationing with family, listening to music, motorcycle rides, Chiefs and Royals games, and being the sports mom of a hilarious boy! Diane is the office wild card that sings every song playing on the office radio. She might be sassy and wild one minute, and the observational quiet one the next, but she is always prepared to learn something new to help our customers!
Pedro
