First I would like to say House Max did a great job. They worked professionally with me. Herb and Christy Was very pleasant to work with. At first I was Suspectacle Like they say if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't. In this case that wasn't the case. I was kind of leery about the whole wire transfer.But it finally came through and I got my money. In all I would say a 5 out of 5 stars, I would recommend them to anybody.They help you with your move. And the main thing is they listen to what you need. Great job House Max.

I researched a lot of companies similar to HouseMax, from Google reviews, the BBB among others, along with their own testimonials and I have to say Justin, Jason and Kristy all lived up to all the positive feedback (and then some) that I found! Selling a home you lived in for 24 years was pretty emotional and stressful, but from day one, Justin was straightforward, truthful, professional and most of all caring! The offer was fair and firm. After working with another lender, who kept delaying the process for almost 2 months, that other lender changed their terms significantly at the last minute with no notice, which left me at risk on a contract. Immediately I searched for alternatives for fix-and-flip loans and was referred to HouseMax. They responded immediately, in the evening no less. The HouseMax intake team gathered and processed all the information they needed for underwriting in 1 day! Every contact I had with them -- email and phone -- was efficient and courteous. They produced a highly professional terms sheet less than a day later. Moreover, they funded our purchase and renovation budgets, plus coordinated with us daily through closing in less than 1 week total! As a real estate investor and long-time owner of many renovation, rental and primary residence properties, I have never before had the fortune to work with this level of superstar lender!! Allison is absolutely wonderful. I was real stressed out about selling my home and she made it so easy. She answered all my questions and she didn't rush through her visit. She actually sat down at my kitchen table and got to know me as a person which meant a lot to me. I have rheumatoid arthritis in both knees so I don't move very fast and she was very patient with me which I also appreciated. I also met Justin he is a really nice and sweet person. Everyone that I've talked to and met have been genuinely nice people. All of the stress that I was feeling before is gone. I would recommend HouseMax to everyone.
